Before we meet, new clients must:
1) schedule an appointment &
2) complete the required "Assessment Paperwork"
I have found that most clients prefer to get started online because it is quick, easy and fully confidential.
However, if you prefer to call or email to schedule your 90 minute "Initial Assessment" and complete the paperwork during your assessment, please feel free to do so.
GETTING STARTED ONLINE: STEP 1
1) Schedule an appointment (all new clients complete a 90 minute "Counseling Assessment").
-Click this "Online Scheduling" link and follow the prompts to request an appointment.
-Note: Once I approve the appointment request, you now have an active client account.
GETTING STARTED ONLINE: STEP 2
2) Activate your client portal.
-Open email from "Shore Counseling PLLC" (containing your client portal login information: Username and temporary Password).
-Follow link directing you to your client portal login.
-Change password to something you will remember in the future.
GETTING STARTED ONLINE: STEP 3
3) Complete the "Assessment Paperwork".
-Complete the 3 requested documents ("Contact Info", "Intake Questionnaire" & "Professional Disclosure Statement / Informed Consent") online prior to our scheduled appointment.
-Note: To maximize our time together, please have these documents signed and complete prior to our scheduled appointment. I am unable to provide counseling services without them. If they are not signed and complete we will spend the first part of our 90 minute assessment doing so. Thank you for your diligence and understanding.

Paperwork - We will complete the paperwork together during our initial session.
